Just had a new roof done by TWF and also had the gutters cleaned, I’ve used this company a few times now. They are a local roofing company. I like to give my business and support to local companies, I find they have never disappointed me and always done a good job. I highly recommend this company for any roofing work. Very dissatisfied with the food, new store, chips under cooked ordered 3 portions of pop corn chicken for 3 people and all rammed in one box and wasn’t enough in them. Called to complain didn’t get through to the correct branch, the guy refused to let me speak and kept interrupting me. Wanted potato tots and they didn’t have any so asked if they did them, because they were on the menu, one lady said yes but said they had run out, the other said they didn’t do them yet. Not sure the staff really knew. All in all food was below average and the raw chips went in the bin.

No greeting when you walk in a local shop you’ve never been before, staff on the counter looked miserable, it doesn’t cost anything as a business to greet your customers with a smile. I walked round spent a few minutes there, and no one even asked if I needed help. Was looking for an anniversary present but ended up walking out as the lady on the counter didn’t even acknowledge any of her customers. Also noticed a big parking sign outside, more concerned about making money on parking tickets rather than greeting customers walking into their shop. Won’t be going there again!

I have used this laundrette for a few years now, called the business today to check opening hours, as I thought being a Sunday they may be closed, but was great to know it was open. I was greeted over the phone by a polite young lady who was able to answer my questions and also gave me the last wash time. I was able to use a larger machine and the dryers are amazing.

Whilst waiting in line to be served and next in the queue, I get to the counter and the previous customer moved to the side as they had finished but, the staff she carried on talking knowing she had customers waiting, this is really annoying when you’ve already been waiting and are in a rush to get your currency and go. I’d understand if there wasn’t anyone waiting, I found this very rude.

Had a meal today and although the service was ok, we ordered a starter platter which we always do, this time the chicken satay was cold, the waitress came over to ask if the food was ok. I mentioned the cold chicken and she apologised. The restaurant is now charging for takeout boxes if you have any food left over, which wasn’t a thing before. The food here is already quite pricey without being charged for a takeout box.

Since covid my 13 year old has been struggling with maths and I feel the schools haven’t been doing enough. This business has helped my daughter loads! She is now in top set maths. Thank you for your support over the past 6 months, I would recommend parents who have been in a similar situation to consider a little tuition just to get children back on track. Highly recommend this company.

Lovely food choices for both adults and kids, had a great meal, presentation on the food was amazing. One of the best chicken carbonara I’ve ever tasted!

Had a meal with my husband Sunday, we had a few starters to share and then hubby had pizza and I had the chicken, I looked at it and it didn’t look appealing, but as I was hungry I ate it, I kept saying it felt like the food was microwaved didn’t look or taste fresh at all…Monday morning woke up to stomach cramps and being very sick, I managed 2 hours work and had to log off, I was feeling so sick to my stomach. I have never ever felt like this after eating out. This has been reported to the restaurant so will wait to hear from them.
