Book today off work for 3-D to come finish the kitchen that was started in the summer 2018, waited all afternoon rang at 3 pm to be told the fitters are on their way, they arrive at 4pm saying they haven’t got all the material to do the job, the material was dropped off yesterday and again stuff missing another wasted day. Disappointed yet again, still can’t get things right... please think twice before you instruct this business for a new kitchen.

I usually use the restaurant but this time decided to use their takeaway service. I felt disappointed the food was cold, and they forgot the chocolate sauce with our desserts. The restaurant is 5 minutes from my home, so I would expect it, to still be warm, the fries they weren’t even slightly warm. Maybe stick to eating in the restaurant next time.

I have used innovate both for sales, letting and also for buying. I would like to say recently, I sold a property and completed within a month thanks to Karen Campion, she’s been absolutely brilliant the whole way through and is a credit to the business. I would like to thank her for her help and support and as always she delivers and never let’s you down. I would highly recommend her when selling a property. Innovate also have a brilliant team behind them on the letting side. Thanks again guys for all your help.

I walked into this garage today, no appointment and spoke to one of the guys in the office to ask if they could check my car tyres to make sure I still had enough tread on them, the chap took my keys and drove the car into the garage, lifted the car up, so from underneath, using whatever tool they use, he went round checking all the tyres and wrote down the figures for me. Great experience from a local garage without actually making an appointment. Highly recommend them. Thank you for a great service.

We have ordered a new kitchen and used Stone and Earth for our Granite work tops. I was happy with the communication and the work they had done to date but, I’m still waiting for them to come and complete the job. I’ve called several times and had appointments booked with them, they are failing to call me back when they should, and not turning up on the appointments they have booked for me, why would a company not give you a courtesy call to say they won’t be coming. This has now gone on for a few months and I’m not getting any further on getting the job completed. They’ve left me very disappointed and unhappy.

Chose 3D kitchens because they are a local kitchen company, Chose the kitchen and had all the plans, after being told there will be a delay in installation I knew from then things would go wrong. I used their installation guys to fit the kitchen, they didn't follow the plans and didn't finish the job. I complained and was told they will arrange for one of their fitters to come out. I have called to chase them on several occasions and asked for a call back with a date and time and they seem to be ignoring me, therefore I have no choice but to leave this review for others to think and choose wisely when ordering a kitchen.

Contacted this company for a boiler fault and had a call out the same day, they were quick and managed to fix the fault, the engineer was very friendly and new exactly what he was doing, he had good knowledge on boilers, he even showed me how to put pressure in the boiler, thank you so much for the quick response and fix, I would highly recommend this company and will be using them again for any future boiler problems.

Contacted this company again for another job, new tandem garage roof, job completed and a great job done. Would highly recommend this company they are a great roofing company who do repairs and new roofs, I have also contacted them for a guttering job so awaiting a quote. Thanks again for the great service.

Recently contacted this company regarding a wasp nest in the loft, arranged an appointment to come out and clear the nest at a very competitive price, offered to come back if the wasps appeared after the job was completed. I would highly recommend this company as they were prompt and very efficient.

Ordered an item online and was sent a text message the following morning to say my order has been cancelled, rang my local store to ask why was my order was accepted when the item wasn't available and money was taken from my account. B&Q Halesowen said I would be refunded but couldn't tell me when the stock was next available to order, I won't be using B&Q again, the store should be able to find out when new stock is available and if not offer to find out and call the paying customer back, but instead was happy not to have my custom...if only they knew how much I spend at the store as I am a regular customer but not anymore.
