This company cancelled our daughters disco dome despite two phone calls with 2 different members of staff. We had a party with no entertainment thanks to them and their answer was "We'll get someone to call you on Monday" . No good to me. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!
This happened to me this morning too!! They basically implied that they had went bust and the girl on the phone said she was just the messenger!! Not good enough at all! Hope you managed to get something sorted for your daughters party!!
