This company contacted,e today stating they had to cancel my booking for the disco done for my party which is 2weeks away. They gave an excuse saying that the managing director had received news today which meant they had to cancel all bookings but wouldn't give anymore information. I then got my husband to phone them a few hours later trying to book it as it said it was now available online however the woman stated they were fully booked for the date of my party and for the full of June and July! To be honest my overall experience with this company hasn't been the best as the price for the hire of the castle changed almost everytime I spoke to someone with people adding on £20 here and there for different things. I like to think I'm quite laid back and allow for misunderstandings however this company has been a complete nightmare and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!
