As a lone female I was shocked that there was no security in place. Keys Card readers were not being used to prevent members of the general public from wandering around the whole of the building and accessing each floor during the day right up to night-time before the main front door were locked. The dispensers in the bathroom were not replished in the room that I was given on check-in.

No one here have any disabilities awareness. No understanding of how to use the portable induction loop. No regular maintenance of the loop system. So they have no idea of whether or not it is actually working. Exclude disabled people. No safeguarding policy.
