The Paddock Veterinary Practice

This is a fantastic veterinary practice. The whole team is professional, knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. Thank you.

With so many veterinary practices now becoming owned by big companies, it is comforting to know I have a small practice where I know all the vets and staff, and they know me and by dogs. And I can get help anytime of the day or night in an emergency . Also a fairly new member of staff Harriet, who is a trained physiotherapist , and she has treated one of my Newfoundlands with a few problems. So pleased with the results.

Very experienced, knowledgeable and empathetic. All the support staff are absolutely amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. The care of the animal comes first. Highly recommended.

Fairly efficient practice and very friendly but they need to do something about their telephone system. I have had 3 occasions to call them, the firsg 2 they took only minutes to answer but yesterday i was calling for bearly half an hour with no joy. It rang at 3 minutes past 2, i was cut off and when i called next it was engaged and stayed that way for 30 minutes whe i gave up. Good job it wasn't an emegency

Fantastic veterinary practice, very caring and profesional. Great vets that know what they are doing for the animals. The vets and nurses explaine every thing very well and put animal welfare before money. in my life time of having pets this is the best veterinary practice i have ever known.great repetation with horse owners too.
every thing you could ever hope for in a veterinary practice!
Strongly recomended 10/10
