With so many veterinary practices now becoming owned by big companies, it is comforting to know I have a small practice where I know all the vets and staff, and they know me and by dogs. And I can get help anytime of the day or night in an emergency . Also a fairly new member of staff Harriet, who is a trained physiotherapist , and she has treated one of my Newfoundlands with a few problems. So pleased with the results.
