Fairly efficient practice and very friendly but they need to do something about their telephone system. I have had 3 occasions to call them, the firsg 2 they took only minutes to answer but yesterday i was calling for bearly half an hour with no joy. It rang at 3 minutes past 2, i was cut off and when i called next it was engaged and stayed that way for 30 minutes whe i gave up. Good job it wasn't an emegency
