Our company always receives a prompt and courteous response to any of our support requests. We called Statcom in to sort out our Telephone System problems left over from the outgoing Telephony support company. They've got our systems running really well and suffer very few issues now. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Service from a local company who are only too willing to help

Telephones are telephones aren't they? Well, yes. But if you are like us, we take them for granted when they work and we get very hot and bothered when they don't! What I really like about Statcom is that they are as bothered about our system as we are, they make it work again quickly when there is a hiccup, and usually the hiccup is nothing to do with them. Tremendously skilled, fair priced and easy to do business with. I am approached on a weekly basis to change providers and it is the last thing we'd do. Great service from Statcom

We called Statcom in to assess our Phone system set up with a view to, hopefully, increase our efficiency at dealing with calls and maybe save us some money. They achieved both!! Having looked at our phone bills they quickly pointed out that we were being overcharged by the current provider. Very fortuantely our contract was up, which enabled us to switch over to Statcom. We also now have a new voip PBX/Phone system that has reduced our call handling time and speeded up the entire process of fielding calls to our users. Statcom come highly recommended.
