We called Statcom in to assess our Phone system set up with a view to, hopefully, increase our efficiency at dealing with calls and maybe save us some money. They achieved both!! Having looked at our phone bills they quickly pointed out that we were being overcharged by the current provider. Very fortuantely our contract was up, which enabled us to switch over to Statcom. We also now have a new voip PBX/Phone system that has reduced our call handling time and speeded up the entire process of fielding calls to our users. Statcom come highly recommended.
