Myself and my colleagues can't recommend FSL enough. Whenever we have a problem with our phone system or network equipment FSL always respond quickly to get things resolved. We've signed up to one of their annual support contracts for extra peace of mind. It's so refreshing to have a company that doesn't want to tie us in for three or five years! They also managed to considerably reduce our ISDN and Broadband rentals.

Our company always receives a prompt and courteous response to any of our support requests. We called Statcom in to sort out our Telephone System problems left over from the outgoing Telephony support company. They've got our systems running really well and suffer very few issues now. Highly recommended.
