Solid service, with lots of friendly and warm people at the desk, feels like a very supportive crew.

Spoke with Ruislip store, wanted to buy a turbo vado sl 5 in small, unwilling to get the bike in for me to try from their sister store as it will cost them £50...........So, willing to spend £3,200, they're unwilling to spend £50......!!!!!!!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!
Will buy from Cannondale instead, if that is the level of customer care.

Very poor service. Very unhelpful mechanics who were also extreme rude. Warrenty jobs have taken ages and they waste time by asking the bike to be dropped in and then not even looking at the bike for several days, warranty jobs have also not been carried out properly. Not what you expect from such a well known bike brand and a bike costing several thousands. I hope to see an improvement in their service, I’ve had better service and warrenty with online stores such as chain reaction cycles which is crazy as specialised is meant to be top range. the bike is fantastic when working so really is a shame about the service

Visited this store for the first time yesterday, and was helped by a guy named Mark. So glad I did! Super helpful, friendly, patient and knowledgeable guy, who obvs actually likes his job!

Placed an order online for a bike purchase price 1,011.99 which i have an order confirmation on. Day after received mail that the order was cancelled due to card security failed. My bank confirmed the order went through. Talked to the shop and "coincidentally" the price was wrong and i can purchase the cycle but for 1,160.00 now. They insist the card was rejected as the payment was coming from abroad. The payment was made using my British Bank card from my computer in London. The shop obviously used this excuse to get out of their commitment to honour the price they confirmed i had purchased the bike for. Having worked in a card fraud department for 3 years myself their story got more and more inacurrate. Would stay away, would not shop with anyone you cannot trust your payment with.
