I had been experiencing issues with my laptop for some time until recently it became unbelievably slow from booting up to just switching between items in google for instance, I had used Graham before to replace a hinge on my laptop screen so decided to contact him again.
Graham diagnosed the problem as a worn hard drive and suggested replacement with a solid state drive, Graham gave me a quote to carry out the work including all parts and labour ( I couldn't quite believe how reasonable the figure was) and returned the laptop to me with a back up file from the old hard drive on board and the latest windows 11 installed. The computer has never worked this well even when new. Graham is kind, friendly and approachable and doesn't try and blind you with science. All in all a very professional service at a very reasonable price I cannot recommend Grahams services highly enough, first class in every way.

I contacted Graham with my computer enquiry, he came out to my home to assess, he took my computer to his work shop to repair, Graham kept me updated, my computer was returned to me all in working order, first class service from Graham. I had a computer hard drive that had crashed and I needed to retrieve the data from it. Graham did a brilliant job of rescuing what I needed and at a very reasonable cost. I recommend him to anyone with a compter problem.

I took my laptop and wireless printer to Redditch Computer Services. The laptop had very noticeably slowed down and the wireless printer was not communicating with the laptop for printing. I spoke to Graham PENNY and he said he would look at the problems. Two days later I collected the laptop and the printer. The laptop had had a lot of unnecessary and redundant files removed. It is now working correctly and is a lot faster in responding. The printer was un-installed and then re-installed. It is now working correctly and the printer and laptop are communicating correctly. Overall a very good job done in a short amount of time. The price charged was very reasonable and ensured I did not have to consider purchasing a replacement laptop and printer. To Graham I say thank you very much for doing a good repair so quickly and at reasonable cost. I will certainly be back to see you if I have any further computer problems.
