The whole experience with Robinsons has been first class from start to finish, including making the appointment for a quotation, the quotation appointment with Simon to the actual work being carried out.
The work was carried out by James and Evan, they were punctual arriving on the dot of the designated appointment time, both were courteous and polite. The quality of the work that they carried was excellent and they continually checked with me that what they were doing was to my satisfaction. I cannot praise this team highly enough they are a credit to their employer, nothing was too much trouble. On completion of the work they removed all prunings and my garden was left clean and tidy.
I have no hesitation in recommending Robinsons as they are a professional organisation providing a quality service at a reasonable cost.

I had been experiencing issues with my laptop for some time until recently it became unbelievably slow from booting up to just switching between items in google for instance, I had used Graham before to replace a hinge on my laptop screen so decided to contact him again.
Graham diagnosed the problem as a worn hard drive and suggested replacement with a solid state drive, Graham gave me a quote to carry out the work including all parts and labour ( I couldn't quite believe how reasonable the figure was) and returned the laptop to me with a back up file from the old hard drive on board and the latest windows 11 installed. The computer has never worked this well even when new. Graham is kind, friendly and approachable and doesn't try and blind you with science. All in all a very professional service at a very reasonable price I cannot recommend Grahams services highly enough, first class in every way.
