I took my laptop and wireless printer to Redditch Computer Services. The laptop had very noticeably slowed down and the wireless printer was not communicating with the laptop for printing. I spoke to Graham PENNY and he said he would look at the problems. Two days later I collected the laptop and the printer. The laptop had had a lot of unnecessary and redundant files removed. It is now working correctly and is a lot faster in responding. The printer was un-installed and then re-installed. It is now working correctly and the printer and laptop are communicating correctly. Overall a very good job done in a short amount of time. The price charged was very reasonable and ensured I did not have to consider purchasing a replacement laptop and printer. To Graham I say thank you very much for doing a good repair so quickly and at reasonable cost. I will certainly be back to see you if I have any further computer problems.
