I have to single out John who exercises outstanding insights ands whose recent work in installing for me a whole new system is beyond praise. Thank Heavens for KC Computers. Tech is not our strong suit. Needed a replacement laptop and a new IPad. Ken and John were so patient. They listened, guided and took the stress out of it for us. The models they recommended are absolutely what we needed. They transferred everything from the old to the new ones, repaired a dodgy USB stick with vital information on it and explained the new models clearly and patiently. John deserves a medal for gently steering me through the minefield of passwords and bits of info needed during several conversations. When we returned next day to collect our purchases, we were pleasantly surprised at the bill considering all the work that had been undertaken. Once again, I've had a professional service, kind, courteous, and most of all had the fault fixed with my laptop. I've left a review on Google before, but can't see how I leave a new one without editing the previous one on google......but never mind that...thays why ive left one on here.....back to KC Computers .......as I've said before.....I wouldn't trust anyone else to have my laptop over the weekend and do such a professional job. Had some serious problems with my desktop and was recommended to try KC as they were prepared to deal with requests for on-site service. I phoned and had a lengthy conversation with Ken discussing my problems and considering possible analyses and solutions. We agreed that the workshop was the best place for analysis and rebuild; then he would arrange installation and set up back on site. He collected the computer from my car outside his shop, did the work promptly and arranged the on-site set up to suit my convenience. Sam undertook the latter and could not have been more helpful.
