Thank Heavens for KC Computers. Tech is not our strong suit. Needed a replacement laptop and a new IPad. Ken and John were so patient. They listened, guided and took the stress out of it for us. The models they recommended are absolutely what we needed. They transferred everything from the old to the new ones, repaired a dodgy USB stick with vital information on it and explained the new models clearly and patiently. John deserves a medal for gently steering me through the minefield of passwords and bits of info needed during several conversations. When we returned next day to collect our purchases, we were pleasantly surprised at the bill considering all the work that had been undertaken.
