Had some serious problems with my desktop and was recommended to try KC as they were prepared to deal with requests for on-site service. I phoned and had a lengthy conversation with Ken discussing my problems and considering possible analyses and solutions. We agreed that the workshop was the best place for analysis and rebuild; then he would arrange installation and set up back on site. He collected the computer from my car outside his shop, did the work promptly and arranged the on-site set up to suit my convenience. Sam undertook the latter and could not have been more helpful.
