Worst service ever received

Awful, failed to show up lied about why and swore at me, I have a sick mother and two children and no fridge and I paid for the visit, the man is abhorrent and has no respect for his legal contractural obligations or sla’s. I am taking this further.

Terrible

Should have seen the red flags when they failed to show up/contact to reschedule for an agreed delivery date. Was asked to pay upfront for a delivery and collection. They delivered the new oven, but decided on the day that they would instead remove the oven the following week, leaving it in our kitchen. When we tried to follow this up, they became sketchy and vague, then quickly progressing to outright nasty, using vulgar, mocking, and aggressive language and before hanging up. They've kept the money to date, we are now contacting trading standards and citizen's advice to resolve. Laughable that their name apparently stands for courteous efficient service - they failed on all 3. Have seen a common thread in previous reviews about language and attitude. Find someone else!

Excellent Company

I have been dealing with this company for many years and have always found them to be extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and reasonably-priced. Added to that is their courteous attitude to their customers - somewhat of a rarity these days, sadly. A well-deserved top rating!
