Ineffective treatments, poor service , rude staff and managment, laser burns

My treatments were ineffective with no reduction in hair growth -staff were rude/defensive when I tried to discuss this. I was burnt on my arm/leg, the therapists showed no concern calling this normal reaction. I had irritation/pain for several weeks am left with the scars 10months later. I had treatments with 3 therapists and can confirm that there is a vast difference in methods/attention to detail by each one. A treatment finished 1hour early, I felt little/no heat during treatment. The manager was dismissive of my complaints. The issue has not been resolved and I have not received any remedy/refund for these treatments. A therapist made several rude comments about my body during treatments. The manager made untrue comments about me, I have never been rude to any members of staff. They should consider staff behaviour and client issues before dismissing these and shifting blame.

In the interests of clarity, Zaina was banned from the clinic back in July due to her rude and unpleasant behaviour to the team. The unused part of her course was promptly refunded. She bullied one receptionist so badly that she was left in tears and was so unpleasant to Luz, our much respected laser specialist that she actually wanted to give up being a laser therapist and retire. Zaina omits to mention this anywhere in her review. Of course it is not pleasant to be banned from an establishment due to one's behaviour, but I will not allow my team to be treated in the manner which Zaina does not think is in the least out of order. We do our best to ensure all our clients are happy with their service and will address any and all concerns and I can assure anyone reading this that the vast majority of our clients are delighted with our service and the results from our treatments.
