More interested in sale targets than customer service.
I made the mistake of trusting the sales person. Expected better from a Volvo dealership when purchasing a used car.
Was misled, misrepresented and had to spend £1k to fix basic issues.

Contacted the company to replace a failed double glaze unit. Provided a great price , replaced the unit, cleaned up afterwards and all completed quickly. Excellent and friendly service. Will definitely use again

Experience could have been better

My experience with Chris was great, however, my experience with the associated practice undertaking my biomechanical assessment was poor. The service for £60 was appalling and in my view was not good value for money especially as I then was offered off the shelve insoles for £45 without any fitting assessment. When I raised my concerns the response back appeared aggressive and blunt - not very professional

It is always disappointing to receive a less than satisfactory review. Indeed my first one in practice after 8 years. The gentlemen arrived at my clinic with an issue that required specialist additional help from a podiatrist to correct a biomechanical discrepancy. The role of the chiropractor is always to refer a patient to the most appropriate area of expertise, and this is what was done. I was merely doing my job. I have referred countless patients in the past, to the team of podiatrists who work within the same premises, who are a separate organisation to my business, and who are qualified to degree standard and with many years of subsequent experience in their field. It is a shame and also rather disappointing that the advice given did not, in the eyes of the gentleman, measure to his expectations. Efforts were made to encourage the gentleman to verbally discuss any concerns and issues but unfortunately responses were via email only, which most likely hasn’t helped the outcome.

Exceptional company, builders down to earth and know their stuff

I had spent a year searching for a company to create two loft bedrooms and a shower room. The work involved a double hip to gable roof conversion, a dormer, change plumbing from gravity fed to pressurises system and a new hot water tank. Dismantle and refit 14 roof solar panels. I met with many building companies. Many of these appeared to talk the talk. However, Loft South Wales were the only company that took the time to understand in depth my architecture plan and requirements. They also made numerous suggestions to improve the layout, things I would have expected the architecture to have picked which they didn’t. Both Geraint and Richard were exceptional and put our minds at rest. After a year we chose the company and they were brilliant, no regrets whatsoever. The electrician, plumber, plasterer and brick layer were also down to earth and did an exception job. The build is now complete and exceeds our expectation. We highly recommend the company, you won't be disappointed.
