We locked the door at tea time and the lock broke trapping us inside. Jamie came an hour later. He talked us through our options and fitted a temporary lock while he ordered a Yale 3star lock. He fitted it very quickly a few days later. Excellent service. No hesitation in recommending him

After initial problems which were easily and happily resolved we went on to have great birthday party with a frozen bouncy castle and some free helium balloons thrown in for our trouble. Easy contact and confirmation and kept in touch throughout the whole booking. Would recommend.
