Reliable, go-the-extra-mile company. These guys helped me out on a Friday night when another company cancelled on me for my son's party the next morning. The owner of Ace turned up on time, did exactly what he said he'd do, was friendly and really helped us out. The bouncy castle was tremendous too. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

I received a phone call at 4.10pm on Friday to cancel the bouncy castle for my son's 4th birthday party at 10am the next day. I was told the delivery driver had walked out so all the jobs on his run were cancelled and they had no contingency plan. I asked what would have happened if he had just called in sick and was told it would have cancelled too. They point blank refused to give me the owner's number and although they apologised for the cancellation 'terminated' the call as we were 'going round in circles'. ***Avoid at all costs***. Thankfully we got a booking with Ace Bouncy Castles who stepped in at the last minute (pretty much literally the last minute) and were top notch.
