We travelled up from liverpool to gretna green to get married on 12th feb, my bridesmaid accidentally lost my one and only car key, locksoild was there within in the hour to help us get our car back on the road, not only was the poor guy trying to pick the lock in the freezing heavy snow, he was there for over 5 hours as my car didn't want to play nicely, as we had been kicked out of our hotel room the day after we got married we had to wait in the hotel bar, if I was him after 2 hours in the snow I would of quite possibly just sneaked off and drove away, but he made us his number 1 priority and got us into our car and on the road eventually. Top service all round I'd like to say would 100% use again but would never like to be in that situation again. Thanks very much
