I have been training with Louis for 2 years, during which time he has taken me from being unable to walk without falling, to not being able to get up without assistance from the floor, non of which was good for a 56 year old. I now walk steadily, can go up & down stairs, stand up from a chair or the floor without assistance & I no longer fall over. Life, work is no longer a struggle, I have an active interest in life, my brain is clear, things are just easier. He is more than a trainer, he is interested in each person's quality of life, what that means to them, Louis supports, advices, steers & encourages you to get there, with fun & yes hard work, his only expectation is that your committed to do. Awesome.

My portable hard drive froze, making grinding noises, this had all my personal & professional files, within files on it & no back up! R3 website was easy to negotiate for me to tell them of my dilemma. feedback occurred quickly & action initiated, hard drive in post, fee agreed if they could retrieve my information. R3 kept me informed every step of the way either via email or phone, my drive needed their 'clean room' expertise so before continuing I was advised of the situation, appraised of the cost, which I agreed to. If I'd said no, then my drive would have been returned & no fee except for post & packing. Thankfully they were able to retrieve 100% of my data, on payment files were posted to me instantly.
