Recent job for painting a flat. Estimate was average but he could do job sooner so went for this guy. Overall initially job was poor and this had to be addressed with him, marks pointed out on the walls that had not been well painted over and even areas that had been agreed to be painted (such as window frames) that hadn't been painted at all! After refusing to pay until job had been done better he did improve on points raised and final job was acceptable. Did not give accurate receipt. Things left round flat to tidy up after. I personally would not use again but as eventual final result not bad have given 3 stars.
