I'm a great believer in first impressions and this guy convinced me that he knew what he was talking about. My impressions did not let me down, he did a great job at a fair price and a bit extra too, which was not included in the original scope but was included within the quoted price. Helpful, tidy and friendly tradesman. No mess whatsoever. I would definitely use him again and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this gentleman to my friends and family.

went to Ron's to improve my music theory. He explained stuff that has baffled me for years. He has a studio at the rear of his home which is well equipped so that all the things he want to convey, can be demonstrated on various bits of kit. His fee is competitive and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to guitarists at any level.

I have done a couple of deals at Youles and found them to be fair and honest. The staff are great, very friendly with good product knowledge. Although there is no sales pressure that you sometimes get in other places, the staff are on hand to talk bikes or get you a brew, if you want. Phillip Youles is often at the shop to provide the personal touch. What a decent bloke. Recommended.
