Our team attended a 1/2 day training course last week. Extremely informative. Very punctual. All questions were answered professionally. I would certainly recommend anyone who wants to take their staff etc to do so.

Two days before halloween I purchased an outfit from this shop for £24 for my 11 yr old daughter. Unfortuantley when I got home and my daughter tried on the dress it did not fit. My elderly mother went to return the outfit the following day with the receipt, only to be told that she couldn't return it as the outfit may have already been worn and how do they also know the outfit came from that shop, also they said they couldn't exchange the tights as they also could of been worn, however these were clearly brand new, still in the sealed packaging!! As i have already mentioned my elderly mother had the receipt and it is still the day before halloween!!! She was met with rude staff that clearly didn't care about any form of customer service whatsoever. Eventually they agreed to exchange the outfit and my mother ended up having to spend the money on face paints which quite frankly were totally overpriced. £15.99 for a small tray of face paints... come on get a grip!! If you want to be totally ripped off and spoken to appallingly then shop here... if not I suggest you go to a decent polite reasonably priced shop for example 'bags of fun' ...
