Poor Customer Satisfaction from Bradley Fuels, Garvagh, Coleraine

This Company boast about their extensive Customer Service but do not in anyway live up to their expectations. My experience has been that they ignore their Customers after repeated attempts to rectify poor delivery issues, - I tried five time by Telephone and then tried by Letter - all were ignored. Bradley Fuels clearly do not value their Customer base.
In view of this I would definitely not recommend Bradley Fuels to another Customer.

My experience has been the complete opposite of the previous post (popart1). The customer service is always prompt, polite and efficient. I usually price around and 3 times out of 4 will find Bradley's prices are the most competitive. Never late on delivery.
