Paid for new carpet after specifically ensuring delivery would be within a week. Suppliers said in stock, delivery Monday (today). Paperwork with receipt Sat.10th Phoned by afternoon Mon. to be told delivery will be 5 to 6 weeks. Lied to, to ring up the sale. Will not name salesman, a step too far. First phonecall had no record of sale or delivery date. Ordered and paid mattress ,total both items £1100. Had my wife not accepted 4to 6 weeks call, would have cancelled both items. Will never use Leeks again

Bought ring and ear rings Xmas present for wife. Re sized ring and in around 90 min phoned to say ready and cleaned ear rings my wife was wearing and both our wedding rings free of charge, ,he asked if we would like them cleaned, we didn't. Rare, first class service, sales lady could not do enough, with zero pressure to buy. Will return. Shame we didn't find them years ago.

Will promise you dates and times then not turn up. Not even a call to tell you why. Will not reply to calls or messages. Left waiting for 2 days with no communication at all. Most ignorant firm I have ever dealt with. Leave well alone
