Poor workmanship from this Bishop Auckland Halfords garage services. Paid for 2 tyres to be fitted and the untrained fitter damaged 2 alloy wheels in the process. If not bad enough nothing was said when collecting car obviously hoping l wouldn't see the damage then try say l must of curbed wheels over night. I returned to the service centre after 10 mins to show the damage and the manager admitted fault. Fast forward a week and l have paid for 1 wheel to be refurbished as badly damaged but they are refusing to admit liability on the 2nd alloy now even with photos clearly showing identical damaged markings.
Left invoices for alloy wheel refurb and fuel cost for 4 journeys to Durham and still not had any refund so far. The service and attitude of staff in this centre can only be described as zero stars. I will never use Halford garage services again as simply untrustworthy. 33 years worked in the motoring trade and this garage has been the worst attitude ever experienced.

My daughter has been taking lessons with Steve during a very challenging year of covid 19. Steve was always keeping us updated with what was going on and l have to admit he is a true gentleman. Extreamly professional with decades of experience and it certainly showed. My daughter took her test today and pasted 1st time with zero minors. Anyone looking for an instructor would struggle to find such a true gentleman and l would so so highly recommend Steve to anyone.

Absolute waste of money. Took a iphone 7 in for a charging issue so asked for a battery change. Was then fobbed off with it needs a new screen aswell as there is damage inside. The damage was done when he opened the phone as there was nothing wrong with the screen functions . Tried to say it had been opened before which l new it hadn't as was a brand new phone from Vodafone. Ended up with a £105.00 bill and to top it off he didn't line the home button up properly so l took it back today to be fobbed off with there's nothing he can do. I took the phone over to another shop and they opened the phone and lined the home button up in 5mins. Wouldn't recommend fine zone to anyone looking to get there phone fixed. The reviews on his listing says it all tbh.

Had my very dirty car cleaned last week and I have to say that I was really impressed with how clean it came up...it looked like brand new, Jay who cleaned it was very polite and for such a reasonable price I will defiantly continue using Jays mobile valeting Service's & Would highly recommend
