We went to buy an Honda Jazz EXL from Lookers Derby, all was fine untul we went to collect the car, it wasn't Valeted at all, there was Cigarette ash on the Carpet, none of us smoke! we were promised a "Quality Valet and Polish" the 5 day free insurance was started the day we went to enquire not the day we took the car home! the Salesman we dealt with and also the Manager were both off the day we collected the car and no information was left for the Salesman when we collected the car, the MOT was not given to him nor was he aware of it being renewed for 12 months, he handed us a 2 month one first before having to find the new one, I wrote to Lookers and they simply put me on to the same people who had let us down, a total waste of time and effort, we were told if we brought the car back 17 miles it would be Valeted! Lookers state "Customers for Life" there is no way would I go back to them to them ever again, it was close to a farce, DON'T PROMISE WHAT YOU CAN'T PROVIDE! simple really.

After waiting for another Firm for some Gates to be made and fitted for 8 weeks and being told to phone and check the progress and then finding out the Boss, who asked me to call, was on Holiday and it would take another 3-5 weeks I contacted Fortress, I couldn't believe the service we got, here to measure up not long after my call and nothing was too much trouble, the Gates are now up and look Fabulous, the Lads were really friendly and knew exactly what we wanted, they made sure we were happy with the every little thing before they left, I can't possibly express how good they were, if you are looking for any Ironwork, Gates etc at all, this is the Firm you should go to! I would use them again without any doubt at all, right price, great job and absolutely Magnificent! There aren't many who would be this good nowadays.
