Arrived at 4.45pm, looked at menu and made way to bar at 4.50pm. Asked to order curry - was told to sit down until 5pm! Went back at 5pm ordered curry. At 5.40 still no curry had arrived, was ignored by bar staff when asked patiently where the food was, the waitress said she would have a look and never came back. Bar staff said it would be 47 mins from order time and infact it was coming out the waitress now. Went over to the table to find it was someone elses meal! Came 5 mins later - No apologies, no customer service, not hot food and when I asked for compensation - she said everyones food is 40 mins and I asked why wasn't this explained at time of ordering???? on the whole shocking service would never return. No management about to accept any complaint or offer any compensation.
