The saying 'you get what you pay for' applies to this place.
Not altogether suprised by the experience we recieved at the Hemel Harvester.
This is the place to go if you want to eat a cheap and filling meal with out it costing to much, it is good value for money and if you are not to bothered about cleanliness (salad cart and toilets need to be attended to more frequently and the chairs at our table were smeared with caked on icecream).
The duty manager was rather rude and abrupt when greeting us which wasnt very wellcoming.
And waiting to be served at every point of the meal took ages, a bit annoying when you have young restless children in your party.
However the place was packed and the kids loved their food so perhaps I'm too fussy but I think that maybe that says it all.
I would only go back if I absolutley had too.
