Rang Paul this morning - job done effectively and efficiently by end of day today. He cleared a rental flat for me and took the stress and worry of the whole problem off my hands by picking up keys from agent and dealing with the situation; given that I don't live in the area. Provided ID, took photos to prove the job was done, and returned the keys to Agent as promised.
He's not full of false promises or waffle and does the job he says he'll do, at a reasonable price.
Would highly recommend.
