Tony is so much more than an odd job man. As a gas fit engineer he has fitted fires & a range oven for me. Recently I moved house & he came & hung my collection of heavy mirrors for me & undertook all those little jobs that are so frustrating for those with no expertise. He is absolutely trustworthy & his constant good humour, kindness & fair prices make him an invaluable asset to our family. We call on him constantly, even for those irritatingly small jobs. His diagnostic skills have saved us hundreds of pounds. He fixed an expensive fire that had been installed incorrectly by a well known fireplace company. He saved us money & upheaval when I discovered our recently purchased range cooker needed an electrical point that every expert insisted needed messy building work & chasing & plastering into walls. Tony found a way through the garage inexpensively, & at minimum upheaval .
He is as happy to do our smaller jobs as bigger jobs & he is an absolute treasure & a real "find". I just hope he doesn't get too popular!

..I live in Harrogate and they make it so easy for me to just ring up and order my two dogs Royal Canine food. It is cheaper than most places and the delivery is always when they say. Jane is always smiling and my two dogs love her-nothing to do with the treat they receive from her unfailingly on each of her visits!
In the extreme cold I have rung her to have delivered dog coats and she even brings a selection to try on! Recently I went to Canada for 3 weeks and left her number with my pet sitter to order their food. She delivered it and treats on trust and waited for payment by cheque when I returned.
I haven't even visited the Ripon shop but service to the door is so easy.Exceptional, smiling service at the fairest of prices. Genuine love for animals. Brilliant!
