Ridiculous!!! They are very reasonable, just to add they also punched a hole in my belt free of charge. Now that is service you wouldn't receive anywhere else!

Jim, if you would like you could buy an £18,000 engraving machine(then you would get you engraving free.) As Joanna and Sara said we are reasonable, quick, excellent, cheep and we had great service We have many customers that have been coming to are shop for years. By the way we would have charged the same if you had 20 letters, it is not my fault that you only pick 3. P. S. If you bought the lighter from us we would have given you free engraving. Thank you Sara and Joanna.

Well Gaz/John/Sara/Joanna, If I did own my own £18,000 engraving machine I may consider better pricing? Nobody works for nothing I know! My thoughts were £10 for 3 letters was expensive, my daughters choice of those 3 letters for her Fathers present. Maybe if she'd asked for 'To Dad x love from your Daughter' and paid £9.99 I'd have left a fab review eh? Either way, reviews are made on personal experience. Just to make you better aware on a further point, I'm not tight - stingey with my hard earned money maybe!
