Great fish and chips clean and hygienic surroundings modern and fresh setting all bodes well. Waiting times can be a bit tedious at times overall though by far the best fish and chip shop Paddock Wood has ever had in my opinion? The overall price reflects the quality.

Placed an order for around 500 locks on Wednesday they said that they would get it ready for me. I paid in full on Thursday AM so it could be sent on a 24 hr service. The locks had.still not arrived Monday. I rang and was given a tracking number. When I contacted the courier they had no record of the delivery but it was one of their tracking numbers. Contacted IFI again Tuesday and I was then told they had used another courier and he was not helpful and cut me off. Still awaiting goods its now almost a week very sloppy service? To make matters worse 1 of the items has been put on back order which is a pain. They have not rung me back after getting cut off. Proceed with caution if you order from them.

Arrived the same day completed the work to a high standard and I was able to pay by card so saved me having to go to the cash machine.

They charge top prices and take ages to do anything I had one machine waiting for repair 3 months another took over 4 weeks just for a basic service. It took dozens of phone calls to get anything done. There is no communication between the people that work there they do not pass on messages to each other. They are not very interested in customers and helpful is not a word they understand. After paying outrageous prices do not pay by card or you will get stitched up with an additional 4 per cent charge (milk it) Overall very poor service and you could get your car repaired cheaper and quicker. I would try and avoid them if you are able to find another company do so.
