Should be the Old SAIL Loft. Which it where it actually is. Lovely atmospheric restaurant, excellent locally sourced food served in a pleasant and unique location.

Our favourite pub nestled in a cliff side notch right above the harbour. Great food, excellent beer and full of atmosphere. If you have not made reservations this place does not take them so you you just have to queue and hope they have place. Its worth it and it gives you a chance to sample the different local beers on tap while you wait.

Gourmet dining in a surprising location

Imagine moving into the rural heartland that is south east Cornwall and discovering a restaurant that removes any longings for London dining.
Richard Mcgeowan of Couch's delivers some of the best food I have eaten - modern dining, prepared with exquisite skill and TASTY too. Everything is fresh and local, and we know where it comes from, because we source from the same farms ourselves for our B&B guests at Trenderway.
Worth organising a holiday down here

Sushi Indulgence

I have to go here. Shirley from the office cannot stop speaking about it. All you can eat Sushi for about £15, with no compromise on the quality, quantity or variety.
Sign me up for a visit - in fact we have just organised an office assault.

For serious MEAT Lovers only

Talk about BEEF!!! Fantastic steaks lots of instruction about the meat, the cuts, preparation and grilling. And worth it.
Make sure you bring your bank manager or just accept it and self medicate with one of their cocktails.
If you like dulce de lece you will be in heaven. Just don't order the Fruit Fondue, at £8.50 they can for sure serve more fruit then the few small morsels they did.

Fantastic little sushi place equidistant between Old Street and Barbican in a street where sushi is the last thing you expect.
Eat at the tiny bar and watch Chef make up the meals.
Lovely.

Seriously BIG food

Great family restaurant with a truly non-smoking section away from the Bar.
Try their Asian style Beef Ribs - perfect if you have dogs, as you will never finish them and even of you do your dogs will love the bones.

Indian Diner with Real Atmosphere

We had just dropped of our guests at Heathrow. It was about 9pm on a Saturday night and we were famished. Meandering through Hounslow for an Indian restaurant we spied this glow in the middle of a row of shops.
Light moths to the light we found ourselves drawn in.
What a an unbelievably smart decision.
Karahi Express has become our favourite Indian restaurant. Just a pity its so far away.
Their Tandoori mixed grill is HUGE, and defying all our expectations we finished it and kept going. Curries, Seekh Kebabs, lassi all are excellent.
Accompanied, on Saturday nights, by loud Indian music.
Bring your own booze, a bottle of Jack Daniels seems like the done thing, buy your mixers there, and settle down for a long, social and satisfying evening with your friends.
