Messed up order
Order 12700110699
Ordered three cables from UK Mobile Store.
Received a SIM card holder.
Emailed customer services - no response.
Emailed a second time through the website and received an email asking for a photo.
Sent the photo of the incorrect part received.
Five days later - no repose, no update and still have not ordered the parts that I ordered.
Have opened a PayPal case.

Completed two jobs in the past week on different warehouses/shutters. Completed quickly. Thanks

I made a booking last week for Eales Shutters Ltd to come round and measure up a new garage door (E18 1BL). Appointment time was this morning between 10:00 & 12:00. Booking was make with Micky.

I called up at 11:20 this morning to get an update on the time that I could expect the engineer, only to be told that due to someone being off ill - that the engineer that was meant to come had been assigned to another job.

I find it amazing that Eales Shutters Ltd could not even have the decency to pick up the phone and let me know!

I had taken the morning off work in order to be at home for this appointment!

This is no way to operate a business!
