About two years ago I took my watch into Timpsons in Maidstone for a new batter & pressure test to 100m... I was sold a battery for life guarantee so that I would "never have to pay again".
I went back this morning only to be told that it didnt cover the pressure testing... the assistant was surly and insisted that I would have to pay another £6.. its not much, but all of the wording on the guarantee leads you to believe everything is included.... I've complained to head office.... still waiting for a reply...
certainly dont feel I could recommend them to anyone
