I went to Oasis hair yesterday for a trim and I had the worst hair cut of my life. I left without paying and am having to go somewhere else to have the choppy, uneven job put right. I get my hair trimmed every 3 months to keep it healthy and I am devastated by the awful haircut I received.

When I arrived I should have been warned off the place from the girl next to me saying she had to wait until she did her hair herself to see if it was a good job or not!

Everything about Oasis Hair was horrible - it was messy when I arrived and my hairdresser was extremely rough brushing and washing my hair. I felt that he was rude and too quick roughly chopping my hair with little interest. When he came to blow dry it he added far too much product and tried to send me home three times with it still wet in places, which I refused. He tried to use a diffuser to dry my hair - despite me warning him that I had naturally very curly hair and did not like diffusers - and he left me looking like a toilet brush. I told him I was unhappy with the job and asked him to sort it out. An assistant washed and blow dried my hair straight and throughout I could see the uneven, below standard chop I had been given on every layer. My hair has been cut at a slant and the ends are extremely uneven in places.

I do not recommend the place for the awful job they do and the terrible customer service.
