Spent a weekend in Bournemouth, whilst the weather has been good. I choose to stay in a small yet very welcoming Hotel in Bournemouth called the the Chelsea. An I was very happy with the services I received the land lady is a lovely and very friendly women who could not do enough to make sure I enjoyed my stay. The Route 66 bar is a great feature well stocked and fairly priced. My room was clean and tidy with all the commodities of a larger hotel, the bed was so comfy I didn't want to get in the morning. Overall though I would most definitely use the Chelsea Hotel again.

The guys are rude, highly unprofessional and not at all helpful. If you even think of complaining about something they have done not to your liking they get very aggravated and speak in a violent manner. They turn up whenever they feel like it and leave whenever they want AWFUL COMPANY DO NOT USE
