If I could I would not rate this hotel.... 100% disaster from start to finish. If you read this, I'm typing this at 4am of a morning, because the walls are so thin the sick baby in the room next to me has cried all night. The service is non-existent, the food. Breakfast is ok.. dinner was inedible. Never, NEVER again.
Only pluses.. house keeping.. clean rooms. Staff... trying had to please...

It takes a lot to impress me.. and they did it. The food was world class, the service was totally professional, the building was stunning, and it was just prefect. Attending a family wedding at this venue, the service was fluid, seamless and ALL the staff were concentrating on one thing.. to make sure EVERY guest was well looked after. The wedding meal was to a standard well above expected, on my table of 14 EVERYONE was served at the same time, the food was HOT and plenty of it. Excellent day & evening!
