Had my car MOT tested on 10th march car failed on rear spring corroded number plate bulb. Fair enough. Due to me going on holiday for a week was not able to get repaired until 23rd march. Called them several times at 12pm 1.30pm 3pm was sent to a call centre I told them it was important for retest and they said they would get them to call me back as soon as poss. Now fair due if they have no time available but to not even call me back and let me know is a joke. I am now going to have to book a fresh not at full price. I can only presume they do not honour retests. Very bad experience

what can i say he was booked in to do a clutch on my van which is my living did not answer my call or texts until it was to late and lets me down
if he had let me know that he didnt want to do it in first place i would of got someone else to do it
so i lose 2 days work becouse of him

unreliable i can only presume he likes doing small repairs
