Diadem did a great job of cleaning up my wedding and engagement rings and we're thorough when booking the jewellery in, plus the staff were lovely.

After visiting from out of town many times previously for the best crossaints Ive ever had, we enquired about Claudios making our wedding cake and I am so pleased we did. The cake tasted delicious and was made to our specifications (we wanted almond and cherry cake). The price was very reasonable as well compared to other quotes we had that were at least double.

We had a quote from this company and after the blinds were fitted we realised they had not completed everything that they had quoted for ( we were left with a manky old pull chords which should have been replaced, as agreed in the quote). When we called to ask about the old chords which they had failed to change, they immediately became defensive, abusive and were shouting and swearing! I was astonished and obviously extremely upset! Obviously there is no reasoning with this type of company so we are in the course of taking action via trading standards - all over a small issue which could easily have been resolved. It appears they choose to use intimidation tactics rather than offer any sort of customer service
