Bad workmanship, not recommend

Paint peeling of in area's within weeks.never filled crack after promising ,called several times,no response. I wouldn't recommend

We agreed that the work was carried out to a satisfactory standard and visible cracks were addressed. We suggest contacting the paint manufacturer for any performance-related issues with the paint. However, we cannot confirm if the plaster was given adequate time to dry as there was no provision for a heating system. Lastly, we have a zero-tolerance policy towards the use of foul language and threats.

Rude &i ntimidating staff

Accused my wife of trying to smuggle an extra person into the room,based upon the fact that they saw my daughters friend who was only standing in the lobby pass her a make up bag, they threw them out in the night.i asked the hotel to check the cctv to prove that no more than 2 people had gone to the room, as we had nothing to hide.they declined.without a refund

Really unhelpful and rude staff.the manager seems to be biased & racist in my opinion. He had a fairly poor attitude. And just looked down on us.shame on them
