Definitely a pub chain, but felt like an independent (free house)
Very friendly, traditional warm welcome, like the staff want you there!
Food of good quality, service can be slow when their busy, good excuse to indulge in another very well kept pint of Ringwood 49er.

Will frequent more now I have found a good hostelry
