Excellent service: professional, punctual, no-fuss and efficient gutter cleaning. Managed to clear hard to reach gutterings swiftly and with a smile. Doesn't get better than that!

I cannot recommend John highly enough: he is meticulous, professional and customer focussed. We are delighted with our bathroom which John installed and finished to a high standard several months ago. Clearly John is very experienced and skilled at what he does and I appreciated his excellent communication throughout the project as well as the suggestions he made along the way.

Went for a replacement tyre was told it would be 30 mins, but on my return after half an hour the car still hadn’t been looked at. I was advised to have the tracking done so all in all this took an hour and 20 mins. I was not alone in feeling frustrated - another couple had been waiting for two hours for tyres!

I tend to order the same dishes wherever I go so am well placed to compare like for like. In my experience the butter chicken is always tender, is a good sized portion and subtly flavoured. Staff are polite and welcoming. Can't really ask more from my local!

If you are looking for a company you can rely on to do what they say they are going to do and when, then don't bother with Lemon & Lime. My experienece: a very late cancellation followed by a re-booking where no-one showed up and there was no contact, explanation or apology from the company. Days of furniture all over the house in anticipation, time wasted ++ on trying to contact by phone and then more time trying to get a refund via Living Social. AVOID!!!

I have had Lyn as my hairdresser for a number of years and regularly receive unsolicited compliments about my hair - its style and cut. A recent compliment came from another hairdresser who said:
'Don't change a thing about your hair - my compliments to your hairdresser - she's nailed it!'
Lyn has a creative eye and a knack for making helpful suggestions about style and colour while being tactful and kind. She goes to great ends to make sure as a customer I am happy and is considerate and professional. I think she does an excellent job and is a good 'cutter' - my style keeps its shape from cut to cut..
