Repetitive lying, excuses and poor quality.

As apposed to the 5 star review above, I had one of the worst experiences of repairs of my life and was repeatedly lied to.
My iPod touch headphone jack broke so took it in on Thursday morning to be repaired, apparently they repair it "same day". They said for £40 they would put in a new screen and repair the jack. Later in the day, I was called to say it would be ready "first thing in the morning". Friday morning, I visit the shop, "it won't be done till 4pm". So now they've had over 24 hours.
I go at half 4 to pick up the iPod, i'm told "it's just being finished in our other shop in the bus station. By the time you get there it will be finished". So I have to drive to the bus station.
Get to the shop, it's barely been started on, apparently it is going to take "10 minutes". After 10 minutes there is a problem with the screen so I have to wait "another 10 minutes". During this, I was asked if i could collect it tomorrow as the man was meant to be finishing work soon, bearing in mind ive been waiting nearly 30 hours for this 'same day repair' which I explained.
After another 15 minutes, during which time the man repairing the Ipod spent half his time laughing with his friends on the phone rather than fixing the thing; I finally was given my ipod, and asked for not £40 as pre-agreed, but cheekily asked for £55. I explained how i've been waiting around for nearly 31 hours for this, heard excuse after excuse and finally paid £40 for the repairs. The headphone jack was fixed, however not 10 minutes into my walk home, the screen started to come off.
I am going to get it repaired again, but with a company who will fix it PROPERLY and will do it WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL DO IT, not 27/28 hours later. Please share this review as I don't want anyone else subject to the ordeal I had.
